The Property Owner's Association
The Property Owner's Association represents the neighborhood and is responsible for collecting dues, managing the budget, producing the newsletter, providing for maintenance of neighborhood common areas, and planning and running annual meetings,
It is currently composed of 7 members, each of whom serve for a 2 year term.
