Annual Dues

The mandatory annual RRR Association assessments are due on January 1st each year. Assessments received after January 31 are considered late. As permitted by the RRR covenants, the Rim Rock Ranch Property Owners Association Board has established a policy of a $15.00 late fee in addition to the 18% interest penalty. The purpose of the late fee is to cover the cost of collections and certified mailings of those lot owners that do not pay by the required date. Prompt payment of property assessments allow us to keep our neighborhood a safe, well maintained and a beautiful place to live.

As of July 2008:

We currently have 16 property owners who owe the fee for 2008, 2 who still owe for years 2008 or prior.

Owners of lots:
13,83,98,100,152,184,197,225,291,297,300,323,355,366,369,384 and 391
are delinquent for either the current year or both current year and prior years.

Regretfully, our property owners who have not paid their assessments from previous years can and will have a lien placed upon any property that is delinquent in payment. You also are not permitted to use the park and pavilion area if you have not paid your assessments or vote in our annual elections. Therefore, it is very important that your assessments are current and up to date. Please feel free to contact me if you have a question about the status of your account.
